As Chief Financial Officer of StyleHaul, Melanie oversees the organization’s financial planning, analysis, accounting, tax matters, investments, and M&A functions. She joins StyleHaul from Good Media Group, the digital publisher and social impact agency best known for Upworthy.
Melanie began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New Zealand before moving to London to work with FremantleMedia, one of the world leaders in television production, creation, and distribution. In 2008, Melanie transferred from FremantleMedia's London location to Los Angeles, where she was SVP, Finance for their North American operations. Her responsibilities included financial strategy, financial analysis, forecasting, planning, accounting, reporting, and acquisitions.
Melanie graduated from Massey University, New Zealand, with a Bachelor of Business. She majored in Accountancy, and is a Chartered Accountant within the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia & New Zealand.
Olivier Delfosse is the Chief Operations Officer at StyleHaul, where he ensures operational excellence and solidarity in each business unit and oversees global teams across all central infrastructure departments. He also oversees StyleHaul's original programming initiatives.
Prior to StyleHaul, Olivier spent eight years at FremantleMedia's central digital group, overseeing its global strategy. In addition to leading activity for key digital investments, he also managed the company’s global YouTube business, negotiating and overseeing high-level partnerships with Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube, while managing Fremantle's joint venture with Vice Media’s Munchies. Also during this time at Fremantle, Olivier founded the leading pets brand The Pet Collective, now with over 9.5m fans on Facebook garnering over 250m monthly video views.
Olivier also managed a P&L for interactive businesses across the spectrum of FremantleMedia’s television shows, including American Idol, America's Got Talent, The Price Is Right, Family Feud, and The X Factor, executing business development deals that generated over $60m in revenue.
Olivier has developed digital and social media campaigns that have won various awards, including a Cannes Lion and three STEEVEE Awards. He is also a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Interactive Peer Group, the IAWTV, and the Producers Guild of America. Olivier lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children, and when not working, loves all things French and soccer.
As President of International, Giles Drew leads StyleHaul's global business, headquartered regionally in London and Singapore.
Prior to joining StyeHaul’s executive team in January 2018, Giles worked extensively with Founder and CEO Stephanie Horbaczewski as a board member, and as a Senior Vice President at RTL Group, StyleHaul’s parent company.
Giles has dedicated his career to digital transformation in media. In the late ‘90s he launched interactive TV at Carlton, and later worked in digital distribution and online marketing at BMG and V2 Music. In 2007, Giles joined Spectrum as a Senior Associate Strategy Consultant, and in 2008, he moved to RTL Group, where he helped establish the company as a global leader in online video and social marketing.
Giles lives in London with his wife and their two lovely daughters. He holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Tracy Crane heads up the development and management of the StyleHaul brand, creating vital marketing and communications strategies to reach StyleHaul’s three target audiences: brands, content creators, and consumers. Additionally, she oversees talent acquisition, including recruiting and retaining leading content creators.
Prior to her appointment as CMO at StyleHaul, Tracy was the EVP of Marketing at Beautycounter, the rapidly growing startup dedicated to revolutionizing the beauty industry through the distribution of safe, high performing personal care products. Under her vision, Beautycounter became a highly recognizable and sought after brand, one that attracted the attention of Texas Pacific Group, who closed the company’s Series B in December 2014. Tracy also helped grow Beautycounter’s business through aggressive brand awareness campaigns, resulting in over 500,000 safe beauty products in the marketplace within the first 14 months of sales.
Previous to Beautycounter, Tracy was VP of Brand Marketing at J.Crew, where, for seven years, she was responsible for the development and execution of all seasonal marketing campaigns - a position that drove double-digit comps for key categories. She also led the development of all VIP customer and loyalty programs for J.Crew, resulting in best-in-class customer retention rates and increased lifetime values.
Tracy received her MBA from the Boston University Questrom School of Business.
Jeremy Houghton is acting Chief Technology Officer, managing the strategy for and development of technology solutions that power StyleHaul’s content and media campaigns. Jeremy leads the team that develops the StyleHaul Society platform, which includes the SH Custom Audience Builder, data tools such as the Eye, and a proprietary campaign management system.
Prior to StyleHaul, Jeremy served as Chief Technology Officer of WYA Holdings, where he led the development of interactive media applications and digital projects for renowned artists ranging from Katy Perry to Dita Von Teese. Jeremy joined WYA in its infancy and led the team to its initial public offering on the Nasdaq exchange.
Earlier in his career, Jeremy founded and ran a fashion-focused digital and creative agency that produced work for prominent brands like Forever 21, renowned events like the Grammy Awards, and global icons like Madonna.
Jeremy earned his BA in Economics from the University of Southern California and serves as a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences in the Interactive Media Peer Group.

Dawn Reese serves as Executive Vice President, Client Solutions, where she oversees StyleHaul's integrated marketing, account management, and campaign execution teams. Reese also manages the global strategy and program development for StyleHaul’s brand partnerships and media sales teams in Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago.
Prior to her role at StyleHaul, Reese served as West Coast Sales Director at Hearst, where she managed brand sponsorship deals for Marie Claire's signature events, including Image Makers, Fresh Faces, and PowerTrip. She joined Marie Claire after serving as Luxury Director at Conde Nast in New York City.
Reese began her media career at Time Inc., where she worked for more than nine years, developing brand-partnership programs for American fashion, retail, and luxury clients. Prior to Time Inc., Reese worked as a management consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton and Arthur Andersen, focusing on media accounts.

Roy Peters is the Global Head of Talent & Channel Development at StyleHaul, where he oversees creator's channels and the team of network managers responsible for maintaining those channels. He also handles StyleHaul’s creators and their social strategies, the company’s recruiting efforts, and works with brand partners, looking after talent’s involvement in campaigns.
Prior to joining StyleHaul, Peters served as Vice President of Branded Content at Core Media Group, where he leveraged the company’s IP to create content and brand partnerships. He has years of agency experience at Matter Inc., Saatchi & Saatchi, and Ogilvy, where he managed high profile partnerships with entertainment properties, and oversaw sponsorship opportunities, content licensing, and the creation of original branded content. Peters got his start at the high profile Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where he served as a Brand Agent for five years, successfully managing multiple clients including Delta, Hasbro, Starwood, and Mattel.
He received his B.A. from the University of Maryland.

Jennifer Vigdor is the SVP of Campaigns, and is responsible for driving the successful execution of branded content campaigns, acting as the strategic lead and key connector between StyleHaul, Advertisers, and Creators. While at StyleHaul, she has overseen high profile partnerships and campaigns for Amazon, Walgreens, Sephora, CoverGirl, Braun, Walmart, Warner Brothers, Gillette, and Fox, to name a few.
Before joining the company, Vigdor spent nearly three years at AOL leading Custom Solutions and producing large-scale content marketing programs for brands like General Mills and MillerCoors, across HuffPost, TechCrunch, go90, AOL On, WhaleRock and other properties within the portfolio. Prior to that, she spent 10 years in New York City diversifying her experience in various leadership and management positions at CafeMom, XO Group, and Bauer Media.
Vigdor grew up outside of Philadelphia and currently lives in West Hollywood. She received her B.A. in Journalism from Lehigh University.

Mike Jones, SVP of Global Production, has been with StyleHaul since its inception in 2011, when he started the company’s physical production department.
Mike has 15 years of experience working as a director, producer, cinematographer, and editor in Los Angeles. He started his digital career with ManiaTV, an online video network where he directed shows in the gaming, comedy, and music genres. Before joining the team at StyleHaul, Mike founded Cage Free Content, a production company specializing in music videos, commercials, and branded content for clients like Warner Bros. Records, with artists such as Seal, Talib Kweli, Devo, David Foster, and The Crystal Method.
Mike received his Bachelor of Arts & Science in Film Studies and Business Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

As SVP of Marketing and Communications, Jennifer - along with the talented team she oversees - develops and strategizes new ways to create interest, recognition, and demand within StyleHaul’s community of creators, brands, and consumers.
Before joining the company, Jennifer directed entertainment marketing initiatives at APA (Agency for Performing Arts) for clients like Marriott, Learjet, and Lamborghini. Earlier roles at Sports Illustrated, Fortune, TIME, and American Express Publishing (former publishers of Food & Wine, Travel + Leisure, and Departures), allowed her to grow brand awareness by creating successful social media campaign strategies, impactful events, and engaging ways for companies to communicate effectively with their audiences.
Prior to Time Inc., Jennifer managed sponsorships at Essence for the Essence Music Festival and the Essence Awards. She was born and raised in Queens, NY.
